1. Scope
This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to evening habit consultation services and digital guide materials purchased through Hipbeautvibrant at hipbeautvibrant.world.
2. Consultation Cancellations
By the Client
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge or refunded at 50% of the session fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
4. Digital Guide Materials
Due to the nature of digital content, guide materials that have been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a replacement download link.
5. Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with a completed consultation, please contact us within 14 days. We will review your feedback and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up session or partial credit toward future services. Individual outcomes may vary, and satisfaction remedies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
